Quality Assurance

The last, and most important step to ensure a seamless experience, when the site transitions.

Wahoo, we made it!

Thank you for all your hard work, thoughtful consideration, and support during the construction of the brand new WELL experience!

We're so excited to get this in the hands of you, your colleagues, and our customers to fully unleash the power of WELL.

To get us to the finish line, we have the last set of quality assurance, and that's where you come in.

Each of you has been assigned a focus area, and if you follow the steps below -- this shouldn't be too bad.

The spreadsheet is organized into 8 content types -- and then, each piece of content will need to be checked for specific components.

After you review each content, please indicate either "Complete" or "Warning" in the appropriate column.

Underdevelopment - Under review
Complete - Ready to go
Warning - To be reviewed by Tech

  • Copy and paste the title and caption into the meta blok

  • Review the copy and compare to original

Storyblok uses markdown, a simple coding language:

# H1
## H2
### H3
#### H4
##### H5
###### H6
Emphasis, aka italics, with *asterisks* or _underscores_.

Strong emphasis, aka bold, with **asterisks** or __underscores__.

Combined emphasis with **asterisks and _underscores_**.

Strikethrough uses two tildes. ~~Scratch this.~~
1. First ordered list item
2. Another item
⋅⋅* Unordered sub-list.
1. Actual numbers don't matter, just that it's a number
⋅⋅1. Ordered sub-list
4. And another item.

⋅⋅⋅You can have properly indented paragraphs within list items. Notice the blank line above, and the leading spaces (at least one, but we'll use three here to also align the raw Markdown).

⋅⋅⋅To have a line break without a paragraph, you will need to use two trailing spaces.⋅⋅
⋅⋅⋅Note that this line is separate, but within the same paragraph.⋅⋅
⋅⋅⋅(This is contrary to the typical GFM line break behaviour, where trailing spaces are not required.)

* Unordered list can use asterisks
- Or minuses
+ Or pluses

  • Click on each on and ensure they work.

  • Pay particular attention to internal focused links. If it references to internal articles, events, tools, or marketing pages. Be sure to reroute to the new locations.

  • If it's getting too technical, flag with "Warning" and add a comment for the tech team.

  • Ensure the header image isn't blurry, if so -- flag for us!

  • Most likely, we'll need your help in localizing the inline images. So...

    1. Drag the original image on to your desktop
    2. Then, click on the "image" icon in the StoryBlok editor
    3. Upload the image on your desktop. Check how it looks.
    4. Delete the old code
  • If your having problems, flag with "Warning" and add a comment for the tech team.
