Course Description:

Our WELL Faculty instructor will lead an interactive journey through the next version of WELL. Learn about the suite of enhancements aimed at making WELL more flexible, inclusive and optimized for projects around the world.

In this course, we'll summarize the major updates, cross reference credit/categories of WELL v2 and LEED v4, and explain how to find additional resources about WELL v2. This session will also provide an opportunity for you to ask questions about what you've seen in the standard from our instructor--who was involved in the editing of the v2 standard prior to its release with the IWBI, and is also a WELL Mind Concept Advisor.

Objectives:

  1. Summarize the major updates, and explain how to find additional resources about WELL v2.
  2. Cross reference several major credits/categories of WELL v1, into v2, and their related credits in LEED v4.
  3. Describe the WELL v2 flexible pathways by space type for Feature 03, Ventilation Effectiveness of the WELL Building Standard.
  4. Summarize the WELL v2 intent for Feature 53, Visual Lighting Design, of the WELL Building Standard.
