Works in New York, New York
Dominic joins the International WELL Building Institute with a lifelong affinity for the built environment and a strong cross-disciplinary background encompassing community planning and design, architecture, real estate, and environmental law. Dominic began his career trajectory at the Environmental Protection Agency where he provided research assistance to regional counsel for real estate, zoning, and land-use litigation. To build upon his knowledge of real estate, Dominic joined Kansas City-based Lane4 Property Group where he was involved in the development, construction, and management of several mixed-use development projects. Following his experience at Lane4, Dominic joined Manhattan-based consulting firm, The Weitzman Group, to assist clients in determining the highest-and-best use of development projects through marketability and feasibility analysis. Dominic holds a master’s degree in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University with an emphasis on Public Health and is an active member of the Municipal Art Society, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and Contemporary Arts Council at the Museum of Modern Art. Also passionate about the arts and the sea, you can find Dominic after hours at a local museum or sailboat racing in Gardiner’s Bay.
