Tori serves on the Technical Solutions team, where she provides technical assistance and customer support to project teams and industry professionals. Prior to joining IWBI, Tori served as a project manager at the Yale Urban Ecology & Design Lab, where she conducted socio-ecologic research and drafted a joint grant proposal with Perkins + Will on the study of privately owned public spaces in urban environments. Previously, Tori worked for the interior design teams at SHoP and [Studio Collective], where she managed the material library, sourced products, and produced FF&E presentations. This valuable background in hospitality design is coupled with residential experience with Tourmaline Properties, where Tori assisted with LEED for Homes Certification, marketing, and client communication. Tori is a LEED Green Associate and holds a BA degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University, where she completed a senior thesis on the impact of lighting design on human health and wellness. Additionally, she has completed courses in Sustainable Development at the London School of Economics and in interior design at Pratt Institute.
