Zoe Reich Margarites serves the Market Solutions team by focusing on Strategic Partnerships. She brings with her an in-depth knowledge of how the built environment directly impacts human health and sustainability. She has extensive project management and industry related experience. Previously, Zoe served as Vice President of Delos Solutions, a team of consultants and subject matter experts incorporating health and wellness strategies into the pioneering WELL Certification projects at Delos. Before joining Delos and IWBI, Zoe was the Director of Sustainability at Edwards & Zuck, a building engineering firm. She was brought on and tasked with creating and heading the firm’s Sustainability Department. In this role she built an emerging business sector within a traditional building engineering firm, working closely with clients to design and construct the most energy efficient and environmentally sustainable buildings possible. Before Edwards & Zuck, Zoe worked at NBCUniversal in their sustainability department working to green their facilities portfolio and undertook various corporate sustainability initiatives. Zoe received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University Of Pennsylvania in Environmental Studies with a double major in Public Health. She received her Master’s of Environmental Management from École des Mines de Paris in Paris, France and her Master’s of Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Zoe holds her WELL AP, WELL Faculty, and LEED AP BD+C accreditations.
