WELL v1 & the WELL v2 pilot

Everything you need to know about the closing of registrations for WELL v1 and the WELL v2 pilot.

The last day to register for WELL v1 or the WELL v2 pilot is Dec. 31, 2020. Closing registration for rating systems is an important part of the evolution process. This transition is reflective of years of collaboration and co-creation to bring WELL v2 out of pilot. Beginning Jan. 1, 2021, all new single asset, portfolio and rating projects will utilize The WELL Building Standard version 2 (WELL v2). This change does not impact projects already registered under WELL v1 or the WELL v2 pilot. Registered projects can continue to pursue certification under the version they are registered.
