Biography

Stephen has an extensive global network and brings knowledge of interior solutions from over 25 years supporting residential and commercial markets. He has worked with multiple market segments including Builder, Retail, Big Box (Home Depot), Education, and Healthcare. Stephen has spent the past 16 years partnering with Global Corporate Clients to help support Real Estate & workplace strategies. Stephen uses a strategic approach to pull key stakeholders together around the world to achieve shared goals. He enjoys connecting clients and like-minded stakeholders to find Sustainable and Wellness based solutions for the built environment. Prior to joining Delos and most recently IWBI, Stephen was based in Hong Kong as Sr. Global Account Manager for Haworth responsible for APAC, Middle East & Africa. A majority of his clients were in the Financial Services Industry. Haworth was an early adopter of the Well Building Standard in their Shanghai & Los Angeles Showrooms, which was the first opportunity for him to promote the Well building standard in the market. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2012, Stephen was based in NYC for over 15 years as Global Account Manager with Haworth, Regional Vice President of Global Customers at Interface, & Global Account Manager at Steelcase. Stephen also spent 12 years with Armstrong in various US locations and sales positions including Field Sales & Operations Manager, National Account Manager & Corporate Trainer. Stephen holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Marketing from Iowa State University and is a member of CoreNet Global, USGBC, & Urban Green NY.
